Can the portal be integrated into our own platform?
Yes. We can work with your I.T. team to integrate authentication, permissions, and create a seamless user-experience.
Can we host in our own cloud?
Yes. Our technologies run on Microsoft Azure. If you use a different cloud provider, let's discuss.
How many users can we configure?
We usually don't limit the number of users. But the maximum number of concurrent users is technically limited by the selected hosting plan in that performance may suffer if you have too many concurrent users for the allocated resources.
Can we connect to real-time data?
Yes. We offer integration with many common data collection providers, or we can build a custom integration. We find that users typically prefer scheduled data pulls rather than real-time, since real-time means a page could change while the user is looking at it.
Can the data be weighted?
Yes. Most of our projects use weighted data.
Can the user build their own filters and comparison groups?
The portal author determines which filters will be available to the end user. The portal author also organizes those filters into meaningful categories and helpful labeling. (We don't just automatically populate every possible variable from the dataset). The end user can then use custom combinations of those pre-defined filters and comparison groups to drill-down to a specific subset.
Can the portal support multiple projects?
Yes. Each project has its own title page, notes, settings, pages and features.
What if the study is just a one-time data collection (not tracking)?
One-time studies are great. We'll hide some of the trending views if only one wave exists.
What if the study has a huge amount of tracking data for 10+ years?
We can theoretically support an unlimited number of records. As we import studies into our database, we carefully configure tables and indexes to minimize hosting costs.
What if our tracking study has been through many changes over time?
We are experienced with tracking studies and understand that changes over time are common. From a technical perspective, changes over time are not a problem at all. From a user experience perspective, we can offer suggestions on convenient ways to visualize archived and modified questions.
Are the charts that are exported to Office (PowerPoint, Excel) native, so they can be edited after export?
Yes. Charts are exported as native, editable charts with data behind. This means they will look sharp when resized, and they can be fully edited after export.
What if we need complex data re-structuring in order to calculate something like occasions or brand-specific evaluations?
No problem. We have a robust set of data tools which allows us to design workflows to restructure and reorganize data during import.
What if I have multiple datasets that I want combined into a single portal?
The portal supports multiple datasets.
What if I want to hide responses with low N?
The portal supports sample-size aware features, meaning that calculations with low N can be hidden or flagged in some way.
Can I disable features, like statistical testing.
Yes. We can customize the portal to meet the specific needs of each study.
Can I have some pages that my team is able to view, but which are hidden from the client view?
Yes. Our user permissioning system is powerful and determines visibility of pages, page elements, and data cells
Can we add dashboards or scorecard pages with KPIs?
Yes. These are custom add-ons we can build. Just send us a drawing or explain what the page should contain. We like to design custom pages so that they are responsive (work on any screen size) and have intuitive export functionaly.
Can we view on mobile device?
The user interface responds elegantly to different screen resolutions. It works best on a laptop, desktop or tablet. It will work on a mobile phone, but the screen resolution may be so small that only a few data points will be visible at a time.
Can we view offline?
No, this is a browser-based program that only works while online.
Can user build cross-tabulations
Yes, within a framework. When user clicks on a page, it has a pre-defined set of 'stubs.' The user can then select a custom set of banners. They can also select statistical testing options. We normally don't allow the user to define their own custom set of stubs.
Can we export raw data
Raw data exports are not natively built into this platform. If you need it, we can build a custom feature.
Can we include a document resource archive / downloads page with PDFs or whatever?
Yes, we have a feature which allows project authors to upload files into folders which the end-user can explore and download.
Can we perform AI text analytics such as sentiment analysis or themes.
This is not natively built into the platform, but we can build it in as a custom feature if needed.
